This Pewaukee Lake home is a full renovation of a property the family has cherished for over 30 years. Originally a simple lake cottage, it has evolved over time with this being the most comprehensive transformation yet. The goal was to honor the home’s history while refreshing it for the next chapter of lake life.

In collaboration with Colby Construction, Anne Frentzel Interiors reimagined each space with a modern, timeless approach by layering natural textures, using custom cabinetry, and curated furnishings to create a balance of sophistication and comfort. At its core, the home was designed for connection with welcoming, easy spaces for entertaining, yet relaxed enough for sandy feet and swimsuits. The kitchen and screened porch have become favorite gathering places.
