In collaboration with Colby Construction, we redesigned the lower level with white oak cabinetry, stone accents, and iron-clad doors leading to a custom wine room. The combination of oak flooring and robust, architectural materials creates a welcoming yet elevated atmosphere.

A studio favorite, the spa-inspired bathroom pairs natural wood with bold, modern accents to create a serene retreat tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle. Every finish was selected to balance durability, warmth, and refined simplicity.
